Standards of PracticeAs a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors, we always work to their comprehensive standards of practice and their detailed code of ethics set by NACHI. We guard the independent and unbiased integrity of our professional inspection service very carefully. That commitment is very important to you, it is your guarantee of a truly independent and honest report. Be aware that hiring a building contractor to conduct your inspection sets up an immediate conflict in interest situation which has tremendous potential to work to your disadvantage. It is somewhat like giving the keys of a food store to a starving man and expecting him to do the stocktaking without eating anything! We are NOT contractors (so we are not looking to find remedial work for ourselves!) Nor do we feed your information, as client leads, to any contractor. Our job is to provide you with an independent, reliable and professional report of our findings and help you to understand everything which we found. That is what we do - It is all that we do - and we are rather proud of how we do it. If, for some reason, we are not able to meet your needs, please make sure that you hire a professionally qualified inspector. Buying your new home is a major investment. It is probably the biggest investment you will ever make, so it requires a high value, long-term commitment. Making that sort of investment without the benefit of an independent professional assessment simply doesn't make sense. You need to know exactly what you are buying - the good, the bad and the costly! Still have questions? Call Angela, Geoff or Philip on 863 299 7500 and get them answered today!
